 Thank you for your interest in Brenda J Studio! At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re unable to fulfill international orders, but we hope to expand in the future. We appreciate your understanding and support!

We ship using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which ever is fastest. We do our best to ship all orders the next business day, but please allow 3-5 days for shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will accommodate the best we can! 

 We are always looking to expand our collection and love suggestions from our customers. Please contact us with your request or suggestion! 

If you are looking for a replacement of an ornament not available on our website, please use the contact us form to reach out. Including a description or attaching a photo would help tremendously as Brenda's designs, titles and ornament colors change over time. We will do our best to help you replace your ornament! 

 Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! Please reach out directly to us should you have any issues with your order. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for most items in their original condition.
